We provide a home pet visit and dog walking service in Ripon and surrounding villages. We are always very happy to come and meet you and your pets at a time to suit you.
Introductory Visit When you contact us we will arrange a time to call in to see you and meet your pets. We need to collect some information from you about your requirements and emergency instructions and contact numbers. This visit is absolutely free of charge and comes with no obligation on your part.
We will give you a sheet explaining our service and giving your contact information so that you can get in touch if you want us to visit at short notice, if you have been held up at work, for example.
First Visit If you decide you would like us to care for your pets we will arrange dates and times with you and agree when our first visit will be. We will charge you just £5 for the first visit to care for your pet or pets. This is so that you can judge our professional service for a small outlay before you use us on our standard terms.
When we visit we'll leave you a note to confirm that we have called and that we have done the things that you have asked us to do. We'll also note anything unusual that we've identified.
It is really easy and you and your pets will find us very friendly and professional.
We have extensive experience with many breeds of dog from Springer Spaniel to Newfoundland, Westie to Irish Setter.
We love the free spirit of our feline friends and aim to give you peace of mind that they are being cared for when you are away from home.
We care for your small animals such as rabbits and other rodents while you are away from home.
Charlotte has a Diploma in Animal Care from Askham Bryan College and has worked at two small zoos/falconry centres and has experience of caring for a wide range of animals. From reptiles to many different species of birds.
Dogs - we give them a garden break, check that they are comfortable and have water. We will feed or give medicines as required by you.
Cats - we call in, check they are OK, maintain litter tray and feed them and check water. This can be while you are at work or on holiday.
Small Animals - we call in, check they are OK, maintain cage or enclosure, feed and water them.
Dogs this gives us a bit longer to give them a short walk. The price includes a 20 minute walk for up to two dogs, additional dogs £2 each. We will check their water and feed or give medicines depending on what you require.
Multiple Visits If you would like us to call in each day to visit your dogs while you are at work or want us to see to your cats or small animals on a daily basis while you are on holiday we will provide you with a quote for this.
Longer Walk if your dogs need to be walked for longer than 20 minutes we are happy to do that.
